Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Word Sphere, a word puzzle app for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
The app
Word Sphere is distributed through the Apple App Store as a one-time paid app. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to most apps on the App Store.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Word Sphere on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store rules.
What you can do
- Play the game and share your results, screenshots, or scores.
- Use Game Center features if you opt in.
- Reinstall the app on any device signed into your Apple ID, at no extra cost.
What you cannot do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the dictionary or assets for redistribution.
- Use the app to do anything illegal or to harass other players.
- Cheat on Game Center leaderboards or attempt to manipulate scores.
Purchases and refunds
Payment, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under their App Store policies. To request a refund, contact Apple, not us.
Updates and availability
We may release updates, change features, or eventually stop distributing the app. Once you have purchased Word Sphere, you can keep using the last version you downloaded through the App Store under Apple's policies.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. It will sometimes have bugs. If something is genuinely broken, email support@wordsphere.app and we will try to fix it in a future update.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Word Sphere is limited to the amount you paid for the app. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date below will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
